Kristin Darga, CCAR, ICF, INHC is CEO and founder of Black Label Coaching and Impact Founder, a keynote speaker, award-winning author, and health, performance, global incident response, crisis, and executive coach. She has worked with over 500 entrepreneurs, executives, and individuals desiring personal growth to unravel their blocks and create successes. As a six-time founder, she also understands firsthand entrepreneurship's highly satisfying yet distressing road.
Leading up to owning a media company and executive performance coaching firm, she has experience from years as a management consultant, marketing specialist, journalist, and publicity with Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Kristin's clients include global CEOs/founders (& Teams) of venture-backed start-ups, SaaS companies, Microsoft dynamics partners, leaders at companies like Visa, brick & mortar business owners, musician entrepreneurs, and highly motivated leaders who are committed to making change through their profession. Kristin specializes in relationships/teamwork, customized leadership assessments, M&A (Mergers and acquisitions), fast-growth companies, and career transitions.
Kristin is revered as an expert in mental health and entrepreneurship. She published Impact Founder Book of Photos and Short Stories in 2017 and May of 2020, Kristin co-authored a scoping review with the University of Alberta, "Depression among entrepreneurs: a scoping review". After nearly a decade studying and intimately interviewing hundreds of founders, she is positioned as the expert in founder depression, wellness and burnout.
During her training, she studied with some of the world's top health experts, including Dr. Deepak Chopra, a leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University. She completed a year long, in-depth training in Empowerment Team Management and Leadership through Landmark Worldwide and is trained and developed in empowerment leadership.

Team Group Coaching Sessions
